The ICCONS THRU-BOLT™ ULTRA is the latest addition to Sesto’s mechanical anchoring range, delivering high tensile and shear load capacities alongside greater flexibility in anchor embedment.

Designed for demanding concrete applications, THRU-BOLT™ ULTRA combines variable anchorage depths, high approved loads, seismic C1/C2 performance and fast installation in a single mechanical expansion anchor.

Available in 316 stainless steel (A4) and sizes from M8 to M20, the range provides a high-performance anchoring solution for structural, civil, commercial and seismic applications.

 

More flexibility in anchor design

A major advantage of THRU-BOLT™ ULTRA is the ability to work across multiple anchorage depths.

Rather than being restricted to a single embedment configuration, designers and installers can select an anchorage depth appropriate to the application.

A deeper embedment can be used where greater load capacity is required, while reduced embedment depths can minimise drilling and help reduce the likelihood of encountering reinforcement.

This provides greater flexibility when balancing load requirements, fixture thickness, edge distances and installation conditions.

 

High tensile and shear performance

THRU-BOLT™ ULTRA has been engineered for demanding medium to heavy-duty concrete fixing applications, providing exceptionally high approved tensile and shear capacities.

The anchor is ETA assessed for cracked and non-cracked concrete and assessed for seismic categories C1 and C2, making it suitable for applications where both structural performance and compliance are critical.
